Thank you for choosing our center. For the proper operation and smooth service of all our customers, the following terms apply:<\/p>\n

1. Family Hydrotherapy (Family Spa).<\/h2>\n

\u2022 A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the appointment.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In this case, the deposit will be refunded in full or the appointment will be rescheduled to a new date by mutual agreement.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable and the session is considered to have taken place.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The refund will be completed within 5\u201310 business days, using the same payment method.<\/p>\n

2. Individual Services.<\/h2>\n

\u2022 Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.<\/p>\n

3. Monthly Packages (4 Sessions\/Month).<\/h2>\n

\u2022 The package includes 4 sessions per month, one per week.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Up to 2 cancellations or date changes per month are permitted.<\/p>\n

If the change\/cancellation is made at least 2 hours in advance, the session can be rescheduled.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If it happens within 2 hours, the session is lost and cannot be transferred.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If there is no update or appearance, the session is counted as completed.<\/p>\n

4. Delay or Non-Appearance of Customer.<\/h2>\n

\u2022 The wait lasts up to 15 minutes from the scheduled time.<\/p>\n

\u2022 After this time has elapsed, the session is not held and is considered complete.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In case of no-show without notice, the same applies.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If the session is part of a package, it is considered completed and we continue with the next available session (if any).<\/p>\n

5. Operation by appointment.<\/h2>\n

The center operates exclusively by appointment.<\/p>\n

We may not be available on site without prior arrangement.<\/p>\n

6. Entry to the Venue.<\/h2>\n

For health and safety reasons:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Shoes are not allowed inside.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Please remove your shoes or use the special shoe covers we provide.<\/p>\n

7. Medical History & Data Protection.<\/h2>\n

\u2022 Before each session, we take a medical history to ensure safe service provision.<\/p>\n

\u2022 All personal data is kept strictly confidential, in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p>\n

8. Consent for Photos & Videos.<\/h2>\n

\u2022 For the purpose of recording or promoting our services, we request written consent prior to each recording.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Non-consent does not affect the provision of services.<\/p>\n

9. Cancellations or Postponements by the Center.<\/h2>\n

\u2022 In rare cases, a session may be postponed or canceled by the center.<\/p>\n

\u2022 You will be informed in a timely manner and we will offer you:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Refund only for Family Hydrotherapy, up to 50% (i.e. of the advance payment).<\/p>\n

\u2022 For other services, no refunds are given, but if they are part of a package, the session is not lost and is transferred.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Refunds are processed within 5\u201310 business days.<\/p>\n

10. Package Cancellation by the Customer.<\/h2>\n

\u2022 Purchasing a package entails a commitment to use the sessions within a specified period.<\/p>\n

\u2022 In case of interruption or cancellation at the customer's initiative, no refund will be provided.<\/p>\n

\u2022 If you wish, you can inform us of alternative options, such as:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Replacement of service or transfer of remaining sessions to another person (upon agreement and availability).<\/p>\n

11. Communication regarding Changes & Cancellations.<\/h2>\n

12. Offers & Special Prices.<\/h2>\n

\u2022 From time to time, special prices are offered for specific services or packages.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Each offer has an expiration date; after its expiration, it is no longer valid.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Any date can be used, provided that the reservation is made within the offer period.<\/p>\n

\u2022 No refunds will be given for offers, nor will they be exchanged for another service.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cannot be combined with other discounts, unless expressly stated.<\/p>\n

13. Gift Cards<\/h2>\n

\u2022 We provide gift cards for all our services.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Each gift card is valid for up to 3 months from the date of issue.<\/p>\n

\u2022 They cannot be exchanged for cash and are not valid after their expiration date.<\/p>\n
