Thank you for choosing our center. For the proper operation and smooth service of all our customers, the following terms apply:
1. Family Hydrotherapy (Family Spa).
• A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the appointment.
• Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• In this case, the deposit will be refunded in full or the appointment will be rescheduled to a new date by mutual agreement.
• If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable and the session is considered to have taken place.
• The refund will be completed within 5–10 business days, using the same payment method.
2. Individual Services.
• Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
3. Monthly Packages (4 Sessions/Month).
• The package includes 4 sessions per month, one per week.
• Up to 2 cancellations or date changes per month are permitted.
If the change/cancellation is made at least 2 hours in advance, the session can be rescheduled.
• If it happens within 2 hours, the session is lost and cannot be transferred.
• If there is no update or appearance, the session is counted as completed.
4. Delay or Non-Appearance of Customer.
• The wait lasts up to 15 minutes from the scheduled time.
• After this time has elapsed, the session is not held and is considered complete.
• In case of no-show without notice, the same applies.
• If the session is part of a package, it is considered completed and we continue with the next available session (if any).
5. Operation by appointment.
The center operates exclusively by appointment.
We may not be available on site without prior arrangement.
6. Entry to the Venue.
For health and safety reasons:
• Shoes are not allowed inside.
• Please remove your shoes or use the special shoe covers we provide.
7. Medical History & Data Protection.
• Before each session, we take a medical history to ensure safe service provision.
• All personal data is kept strictly confidential, in accordance with the GDPR.
8. Consent for Photos & Videos.
• For the purpose of recording or promoting our services, we request written consent prior to each recording.
• Non-consent does not affect the provision of services.
9. Cancellations or Postponements by the Center.
• In rare cases, a session may be postponed or canceled by the center.
• You will be informed in a timely manner and we will offer you:
• Refund only for Family Hydrotherapy, up to 50% (i.e. of the advance payment).
• For other services, no refunds are given, but if they are part of a package, the session is not lost and is transferred.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
10. Package Cancellation by the Customer.
• Purchasing a package entails a commitment to use the sessions within a specified period.
• In case of interruption or cancellation at the customer's initiative, no refund will be provided.
• If you wish, you can inform us of alternative options, such as:
• Replacement of service or transfer of remaining sessions to another person (upon agreement and availability).
11. Communication regarding Changes & Cancellations.

12. Offers & Special Prices.
• From time to time, special prices are offered for specific services or packages.
• Each offer has an expiration date; after its expiration, it is no longer valid.
• Any date can be used, provided that the reservation is made within the offer period.
• No refunds will be given for offers, nor will they be exchanged for another service.
• Cannot be combined with other discounts, unless expressly stated.
13. Gift Cards
• We provide gift cards for all our services.
• Each gift card is valid for up to 3 months from the date of issue.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash and are not valid after their expiration date.
• Reservations are subject to availability and normal cancellation terms apply.
